Eric Grebliunas, AIA, LEED AP

Eric has been practicing Architecture for over 17 years in addition to his tenure on the Lakewood Planning Commission. Over that time he has cultivated a diverse portfolio encompassing Residential, K-12, Library, Commercial, and Historic Preservation projects. Technically adept and enthusiastically collaborative, he started Workshop 40 with the goal of making the Architectural design process a fun experience for everyone involved knowing that engaged stakeholders will elevate the final building. With a career long background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) management, Eric seamlessly delivers technologic sophistication typically associated with large firms while maintaining an intimate, personalized approach to each project.
